I cinque webinar annuali (della durata di un’ora ciascuno) rappresentano un elemento fondamentale del percorso formativo delle classi dell’Academy, completando le ore online previste e arricchendo l’esperienza educativa degli studenti.

Ogni webinar unisce eccellenza accademica e collaborazione globale, offrendo ai nostri studenti un’opportunità unica: interagire con stimati docenti universitari e professionisti provenienti da università e istituzioni di prestigio internazionale.
​
Grazie a questo programma, gli studenti:
1) ampliano i propri orizzonti culturali e linguistici;
2) sviluppano la capacità di comunicare e confrontarsi in inglese su temi accademici avanzati;
3) esplorano argomenti innovativi e multidisciplinari, spesso non trattati nei programmi scolastici tradizionali.

I webinar rappresentano anche un’occasione per:
– potenziare le competenze linguistiche, migliorando la comprensione e l’espressione orale in un contesto autentico e stimolante;
– rafforzare l’internazionalizzazione dell’esperienza formativa, grazie al confronto con esperti e coetanei di diversi Paesi;
– stimolare il pensiero critico, invitando gli studenti a porre domande, riflettere e partecipare attivamente al dialogo accademico.

Gli incontri sono aperti a tutte le classi dell’Academy e si svolgono da remoto, così da favorire la partecipazione di studenti provenienti da tutta Italia.

Tra i relatori delle ultime edizioni figurano professori e ricercatori di atenei di Giappone, Malta, Ucraina, Irlanda e altri Paesi.

I Webinar in English non sono solo un’attività didattica, ma un tassello prezioso per costruire un’educazione realmente orientata al futuro, capace di combinare conoscenze, competenze trasversali e apertura al mondo.

Service List Project, consisting of 8 open-source vocabulary lists tailored
for second language learners of English. It showcases various free online
teaching, learning, and research tools, including gamified flashcards, a Wordle game, and an AI-powered text profiling tool. Each corpus-based list targets specific genres like daily English and academic English, offering the highest coverage in the world for that genre. Modular development enables flexibility, and ongoing research confirms their efficacy in various contexts, including high-stakes exams.​​
